University of Pécs, member of several former cultural projects: organisations of several events for museums and libraries on a national base, websites, running various academic research in adult education and lifelong learning in cooperation with EAEA.

Expertise in Projects

The institute cooperates in many national surveys on education, learning, literacy, participation etc., funded by national ministries; it participates various EU-funded projects in Erasmus (e.g. Socrates-Erasmus Intensive Program in Adult Education, Leonardo VELDE project, Socrates Grundtvig TEACH ) and is the member of key European adult education networks, like EUCEN and EAEA. The University is an active member of the Hungarian Universities’ Lifelong Learning Network.

The University of Pécs a former EUROEDULT partner, is responsible for website development, collecting and sharing relevant data and practice referring to the theme of the project. Actually the university of Pecs is involved in the Grundtvig-Learning Partnership “Museum LLL” and in a Socrates project “accompanying measures” (Lernmuse). Besides of that the university is partner in several Erasmus-programs.
